* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for revenues of Software Development/EC Solutions and taking care of current
- Establish proposals professionally and meeting customer requirements
- Contact/ meet customers, uncover the needs and deliver the best solutions that helps customers solve
recruitment needs (individual or BOD)
- Maintain the existing customer and building new customer relationships
- Follow up and monitoring the plans to ensure the commitments to customers
- Be representative to contact with customers for due payments
- Be representative to receive customer’s complaints about service quality and promptly proposing
problem-solving to customers
- Propose the improvements of assigned services or products
- Actively participate in the exhibitions, events and seminars in order to broaden the channels for business
development and ensure a full exposure to the targeted clients
- Creates a proposal based on existing technical solution or study potential technology solution to solve
customer issue. Cooperate with technical team to conduct feasibility study or proof of concept/pilot
project with customer
- Understand customers' business goal and issues deeply and able to find an appropriate solution to solves
the issue. Manage customers' expectations to meet their requirement with our capabilities.
* JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or IT industries
- Good communication and presentation in English
- Minimum 3 years working experience in equivalent position, experienced in consulting in enterprise
software solutions and/or knowledge of Ecommerce is preferable
- Having Sales experiences or Pre-sales, technical consultant in IT industry is a plus
- Work under pressure / individual or team work
- Required skills: planning, customer relationships, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation and
- Comfortable interacting with high levels of management (GM, Director, BOD…)
